I tried to allocate more ram and change settings but having the lowest settings and the the highest setting doesn't seem to make a difference.

Hello, I recently built a gaming pc with an r9 390 and an i5 4690k but when I occasionally play minecraft, I am not able to get above 60fps no matter how low my settings are. My fps is capped at 100. I am not sure what could be causing this as my pc should easily be able to get over 60fps on minecraft.

What about DVI? I plugged a DVI in my mobo and it worked until I cable managed.

I plugged them into the motherboard. Which cables could affect the monitor connection?

I just built a new computer and used a dvi cable to co next it and it worked so I turned off my PC and did some cable managing making sure to plug everything back properly but when I turned my PC on, it said no cabele connected. I tried HDMI as well but it did not work. My PC is working as all the fans are on and the monitor turns on. Please help, I don't know what the problem could be.

Does the sapphire nitro r9 390 have hdmi 2.0? If not, can it run at 60hz on a 1080p monitor or will it only run 30hz?
