No, you don't have to do anything software-wise.
If you are unfamiliar with CPU installation, I suggest you watch a few videos on how to install and remove CPUs, as well as on how to mount heatsyncs and apply thermal paste, as the components underneath (the pins on the motherboard) are fragile and can be broken quite easily.

set bios to default then turn off computer, take off power plug, take off heatsink and fan connector, take out CPU, wash heatsink with alcool 70%, place in new cpu, apply thermal paste, place the heatsink and fan, connect the cpu fan to board, replug power cords, turn on computer, enjoy
