  1. So which Mobo would you recommend for OC? Something not too extreme like a Asus Formula.
  2. What MOBO would you recommend. I was thinking in a Gigabyte Z97MX Gaming, or maybe a Z97 U5.? God bless the almighty dollar!
  3. As much as I'd love to upgrade to skylake... It's way too expensive here, in Mexico. there are only high end MOBOs available for skylake and the DDR4 it's way too expensive. We're talking about a 350-450$ Dollars in prince difference compare to my upgrade towards the 4790K. I'm not too sure about it. I don't think I'll be OCing. So, Maybe be that's the way to go
  4. Hi, guys. So, as you can see in my signature, I currently have a low-mid end pc. And I've been thinking to upgrade my CPU. I mean, for what's worth it has a decent performance, but goddammit! Whenever I play newer games like the Witcher 3,GTA5 And even fallout 4,it really shows just how bad it is. The FPS drops are just way to big to enjoy the games. Anyway, I've thinking about getting an Intel CPU. I'm debating whether the 4790K it's worth, I mean,I just use my PC to play. I'm not Sure if I should just save me some money and buy a 4690k or even a 4790 non-K . Any advise, guys?
  5. Is there much difference in against Very High? Because, Damm! playing without MSAA is as annoying as it gets.
  6. Is there any solution for this without having to turn of the MSAA? Should I try the Beta drivers?
  7. Hello, guys. I have this really weird glich in GTA 5 vanilla↓↓ Running Catalyst: 2015.0821.229.38003 With everything in Very high, and long shadows and detailed fly streaming ON in the advance settings, FXAA ON and MSAA X4, and Vsync OFF, running@1080. I've try switching the Shadow options from the AMD one to the "Softest" one settings. This is the only game I'm having issues, and my R9 280 is brand new, so... I doubt it's because of it. 8. It was the first thing I tried, but it caused some really weird gliches. Not worth at all, in my opinion. I already resigned to deal with the fps drops... I mean... Is not that bad. But thank you, anyway .
  9. Thanks, Mate! I'm going to try it out in my day off.
  10. That's what I wanted to know. I definitely know my CPU is rather weak. I just wanted if the fps drop was something "normal" for the game. I don't really see the point of posting multiple times with the sole reason to let me know what I already knew (That my CPU is not the best ).
  11. This is quite tempting, however... I rather have at least some playable 35 fps at white run than, inhuman sub 20 fps hehehe . Someone give this man a medal! ↑↑↑↑ This is what a wanted to know all along, there wasn't any need to turn this thread into a AMD vs Intel fanboy discussion. Thanks, mate! I didn't imagine skyrim was such a crappy port, I'm kinda sad.
  12. I regret so much not saving for an i5 3570 last year when I bought my PC... I didn't know the FX6300 would be that "Bad" .
  13. Hi, guys! I'm a newbie to the PC master race , and I'm not entirely sure if this is an issue at all, or just the way is meant to run in my pc. The problem is that whenever I play Skyrim, and a go to a city/town, my FPS drops from 65/80 to 40/30 all of the sudden, this only happens from a high point of view. I'm running Vanilla at ultra with FXAA x4 @1080p My specs: FX6300 @stock AMD R9 280 Direct CU II @stock 8GB Ram Hyperx @1600 Windows 10 running from an HDD seagate barracuda 1TB Is this an issue or just my PC letting me down?
  14. The thing is that I barely use Autocad, and the new Autocad has the cloud computing anyway, and I'm still studying, so saving me a little bit of time on renders isn't actually saving money so... But I do, however, want a future proof pc for at least the next 3 years or so. That's why I'm thinking in the 5820k
