sorry it took so long to replay i finally got 1920x1080 monitor i can log in see my desktop if i click on something few minutes later it goes black stays i tried to update my driver after it flickers my monitor goes green with white vertical line

msi r9 270x oc 2gb i been having it for about 2 months last week when i play gta v sky will sometimes have black lines then in the middle of the game black screen ive been trying to fix it i use display driver uninstaller and reinstall drivers, clear cmos, took it our resteaded, put it in another slot nothing but it will run in safe mode if i make my resolution 1024x768 it will load i can see my desktop but i open anything i get white or blue screen with lines vertical my specs asrock z97 extreme 4 i5-4690k 3.5ghz 8gb ddr3-1333 gskill 750 corsair semi modular 17in vga monitor
