Youtube videos aren't playing for some reason!? I just came home, turned on my computer, clicked on a youtube video, and nothing happened. At first when I tried to load a youtube video it just froze my entire browser. But then after I reset Chrome, (Youtube doesn't work on any other browsers for me either), it actually loaded the video, but it just didn't play. I've had this issue before a long time ago, and that time it had something to do with external USB devices, but I tried the same solution for the other time this happend to me, and it didn't work.

Oh, and they basically are doing exactly what you described. They go to places like Ontario and expect them to speak French. That's why you see French and English signs, and why we have to learn French until grade 10.

The thing is that Quebec isn't a country. It's Canada. Now if they want to separate from Canada and become their own country, then go ahead, then I'd understand what you're saying. But for now, they're part of Canada, and in Canada, English is also one of the official languages, and also the dominant language.

You just gave me an idea. When I go to school on monday I'm just going to speak Czech to anyone who speaks to me, and condemn them for not understanding me.

My parents are immigrants. Both knew how to speak English before they came here. I was born in Toronto, so I'm not an immigrant. I never said that French wasn't an official language, I just said that English is the predominant language. This is a nation, it shouldn't be devided with such hate between provinces. It's not like it doesn't effect me here in Ontario, since I have to learn Canadian French until grade 10 here. This isn't a foreign country though so that last part of your second paragraph really doesn't have any place in this conversation. What does un-canadian mean? Fuck you buddy.

I'm in Montreal. I city very close to Ontario. So I do expect them to be prepared to interact with people who don't speak French.
