okay ill try my other monitor later but would a monitor do this?

The boxes are not in the same places all of the time either. its a little weird when it happens on a web site i can actually scroll past it. sometimes the boxes move around a bit when there is movement going on the screen.

Im getting these weird black boxes(not sure what you would call these) on my screen. I had a older PSU short out me(It turned on for a second then just turned off) i think it short i dunno, but it didnt work afterwards. I purchased a new PSU then to figure out that my graphics card seemed to get taken out with the psu(Distortions blue screens & some of the little black boxes as in the screenshot) Ended up buy a powercolor r7 260x. All of the problems seemed to stop except those boxes that will show up on the screen every once and a while. i have a feeling it has to do with my motherboard but i dunno. My system specs are: i7 920(stock speeds) Asus Rampage 2 Extreme 6gb of Corsair Dominator GT's @ 1600Mhz Powercolor r7 260x(Was a 4870) Corsair HX850 Sorry had to take pictures with my phone.
