I have the same issue since the latest patch... wtf volvo
-
last update: I RMA the CPU with Intel and got a brand new one. Issues stopped. So it was a hardware problem.

I'm just interested in compatibility and I dont want it to bottleneck stuff and make it lower than it should. It's not really about the 4 extra gb of ram, its about the price, the 8gb price is near the 4gb price so why not get the 8gb for a couple extra bucks.

My Motherboard is: ASUS Z97-PRO GAMER My RAM is: CORSAIR CMX8GX3M2A1600C9, 4GB DDR3, 1600MHz, CL9 And I currently have 3 sticks of 4GB each. (12GB in total) I have one more slot free and I'm thinking to buy the same RAM (same mhz, brand, voltage ect) but with 8GB on a single stick and plug it in. Thus giving me 20GB RAM instead of 16GB if i'd get a 4GB stick. Would this work and would this be a good idea?

I appreciate for your input, thank you

Hello guy, I'd need some advice on a purchase I'm trying to do for a new PSU. I'm looking to make my rig tidy so I will get a semi-modular PSU. I already got my eyes on the Fractal Design Integra M 750W & the Cooler Master GM Series G750M 750W (also a corsair mode Corsair CX750M, 750W but i'm reluctant to buy corsair idk, seen alot of negative feedback on that model) They all seem nice. I need them to have long cables that will allow me to do cable management inside my case, my case is a mid-tower but my last PSU had an issue with very small cables that wouldn't reach their destination and i'd have to just leave them over the MB which would look very bad. If anyone used any of the two models or have any advice, please hit me up. Thanks in advance

Update: I sent the CPU to RMA at Intel's request, I guess it was a hardware issue, No sure yet till they tell me. I will come with the final update after Intel's inspection.

Hello guysSo the thing is, I want to connect my PC to my Smart TV through HDMI and purchase two controllers to connect to the PC and play with friends when they are over at my house.I was wondering, what should I get? PS4 controllers or XBox One controllers? Which one would work better for my setup and I strictly NEED THEM to work WIRELESSLY, (im not sure how this works, USB Dongle or Wi-Fi transmiter? Also do they come with it in the package or do I have to purchase them separately?) if not then this setup is for nothing and I'm canceling it. I have no idea how they work as I never used a console before, I was a PC guy since forever.I appreciate everyone's future input, thanks in advance.

Update: Does the same thing on clean install of Windows 8.1
-
In an update to this. It seems to be happening only when I go into a game. It's unplayable if I play cs:go, because it raises my ping and it lags. As soon as I exit the game, the cpu goes back to normal and no stuttering occuring.
