I want to switch because micro b cables are to Loose and break way to easy

Is it possible to unsolde a micro b port from a phone put in a micro c( lightning bolt) connecter?

After jail breaking my phone I can't connect with any Google apps, I keep getting a no connection error and everything else works, iv tried everything and now I cant re-link my Google account with my phone, help please

The wire was from an old intercom, the wires are green and black
