System specs :- I5-6500 Gigabyte B150-md3h 8gb ddr4 2133mhz Corsair vs650 gpu:- gtx 960 4gb hd 1tb 5400rpm okay so posting for my friend so i tried every thing GPU is replaced along with UPS and power supply so what is happening is his pc is crashing randomly while gaming or doing anything on computer. motherboard is also tested ram also . hdd is formate and new install windows . but problem is same as before pc is freezing and he need to hard restart the pc. No overclock on pc temps are siting around 65 max while gaming but it freezing when he doesn't game . can anyone help??? sorry for bad english tho.

I know i am buying cpu cooler pretty soon but i can't understand why my pc is acting weird like low fps constant crash saying no signal pc was working on background and i completely format my pc too same issue but crashing are less now only low fps like 60-65 but i usually get 250-190

GPU: GeForce GTX 970 CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.80GHz Memory: 16 GB RAM (15.94 GB RAM usable) Current resolution: 1920 x 1080, 144Hz Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro this is the specs of my rig for past couple of day's my pc is crashing usually when I start fortnight clash is like no signal and sometimes my pc is working and sometimes not, either way, I need to restart my pc manually I am using stock cpu cooler and it is over heating becoz of summer temps it is in the high 80s while gaming I am changing my cpu cooler pretty soon but everyone is telling me it's gpu fault but I am not sure there was one time only when I try gta 5 and I was getting 30 fps max after that my gpu is fine even I have done a stress test for about 20 mins with ad64 exterim for gpu only. my Gpu has only 2 month's warranty left. asus gpu app was showing min max same clock frequency . Things i tried:- 1st all drivers are updated 2nd. thermal past has been replaced

Cpu and heat sink stuck together not coming off at all can remove cpu from mother board too

Any issue with response time because on Amazon it doesn't say any and on YouTube it 24.5ms
