What format change?

Sorry i've being busy alot, but only having my pc connected doesn't seem to fix the problem, but Usually when i run a recording program i don't see the algs happening anymore, that's weird

Hey everyone, I've recently built my own pc , about 5 months ago, But i've always had this issues while playing online games, like tf2, LoL, etc... I've being getting some slightl lag spike, like every 5 minute or so my games freeze from 1 to 2 seconds, and then it's fine I also seems to be losing connection to game server sometimes so I feel like the problem isnt from my hardware but from my internet. I'm using a wireless router and i got 30 mb/s downloand and 10 mb/s upload, If there is anyone out there who could help me that would be nice
