I know almost nothing about computers, and I'm wanting a monitor that can be used more for graphic editing than gaming. If that makes sense?

everything is needed, but peripherals isn't apart of the budget, the 1500 is just for the build and monitor(s)

I am wanting to build a machine that can run a high end graphic editing/video editing programs, such as photoshop and pinnacle, but I also am wanting it as a moderate to high end gaming platform, any and all help is appreciated.

I would, but I've never liked AMDs architecture on their CPUs. I'm a little biased towards intel xD, does LTT have a video on Ryzen?

I'm going to need everything xD. and I do plan on video editing later down the road.
