Hi i need help everything worked fine yesterday but today it wont post for some reason and i cant get it working everything isconnected and the gpu is on but it just wont post ive tried with a new harddrive if that was the issue but it was not

is 7200 like the highest ? since i found a harddrive seagate desktop hdd 3 tb 7200rpm should i get it ?
