The Hong Kong protests have far greater implications than just testing HK’s sovereignty. It will mean a ton to show how corporations respond to people talking about how they feel about the situation and show how much influence China holds against the rest of the world. 

And with a lot of these corporations going stone cold silent on how China is doing in thins situation compared to shushing people talking about HK? China seems to ben the victor here.
