MissMacross's Achievements

  1. I've been using Antec since the late 90s and never had a failure. I've also used Thermaltake and Corsair in systems I've built (for myself and others) and never had any problems with them that I have caused myself. (Tea is really good at letting out the magic blue smoke...) In this day and age though, we have a glut of reliable PSU manufacturers, so I would definitely check Johnny Lucky's list for whatever PSU you consider before buying, just to make sure there are no surprises.
  2. YEP! That's it! Thanks! *goes looking for ram risers* Not quite, that'll just turn it 90 degrees, and I need to get it away from the motherboard so I can get some more room. *still can't find Linus's video though*
  3. A while ago, Linus did a video where he showed the testbench where he had some graphics cards in some standoffs, so they weren't in the motherboard, but slightly away from it, as it wouldn't fit without. I may be using the wrong terminology, sorry. Of course, I can't find that video right now to use the correct terminology. Anyway, I was wondering if there was something similar for ram? Thanks!
