Can I overclock normally on the Asrock Z97 Anniversary while using a 4690K? Also, if I use a Corsair H75, what speeds can I get to?

Does the Gigabyte G1 R9 390 still have the shutdown problem, where it can't shut down or sleep? Also, is it a very loud card? It retails for 60$ less than other 390s.

Is the Gigabyte r9 390 reliable? I've seen no professional reviews, and there are comments about how it cannot shut down and sleep properly, on amazon (although those reviews are like 2 months old). Thanks in advance!
