  1. I just hopped in, I'm flying in tomorrow.
  2. I'm flying out Wednesday morning since I took my friends advice to see the city for a few days.
  3. I've heard horror stories about AirBNBs where you have to do the owner's laundry and watch their dog and stuff. I don't want to risk dealing with that. Maybe next year when I try and do this a bit more cost effectively I'll check it out.
  4. On a serious note, as long as you don't use other people's space or outlets you should be fine to build and boot a joke PC. IDK if they allow power bars though if that may be required.
  5. What the (am I allowed to swear here) is that PC build?!
  6. I'm flying in solo from around the Toronto area too, I'd be down!
  7. I paid $270, I just noticed its on for $199. Thats a killer deal based on what I paid!
  8. I am in almost the exact same boat, I bought a Steam Deck for LTX as I found that it seemed to be the most cost effective option for this. I found the Arzopa G1 on Amazon warehouse for cheap and have been using it with my Deck since I got it. No issues so far. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0B2PN9215?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
  9. I am aware of this now, I'm also kinda want the best of both worlds so I'm just going to eat the cost of it this year.
  10. I made the same mistake, I bought Dolphin hoping it would include BYOC (my bad), it didn't. Quickly bought a GA 2 Day+ BYOC and realized that I couldn't refund my Dolphin.
  11. I ended up following up on this with the Nintendo style key caps, and I painted it beige from the inside for extra points. This photo is from the Toronto Mechanical Keyboard Meetup
  12. Why not just place a large order with Noctua for more LTT branded fans and sell them on the store? There is no engineering work required and it integrates so easily with the content (seeing as they already use them). The product is not a risk since they've done this before and sold out.
  13. On the WAN show they joked about stopping the LAN party and going outside to watch the fireworks.
  14. I can't think of anything that probably isn't already on list to add, my one question is that will all/most the games played be (somewhat) compatible with the Steam Deck. (E.g. some LAN parties play Halo Custom Edition, which may require some work ahead of time to get running)
