I ran it and just let it do its thing and it came back with no errors hopefully i did it correctly

I'm not on overclock on GPU or CPU in fact I've downclocked my GPU before to see if that helped, it didnt. I cleaned out my system like a week or two ago when i put in my new PSU so it should be pretty decent but I will do that this week. Just downloaded HWMoniter and cant reseat CPU cooler because I dont have Thermal paste on hand atm >/< Which version of memtest do I download to put on a Flash Drive? Sorry for all the questions. If it helps my mobo has a CPU temp thingy on it and my case is on my desk so i can keep an eye on it. It doesnt really go above 50 for the most part.

Well I used to have 8G which is still meh, to me at least. Anyways I let a friend borrow a stick of 4G from my system so he could see if his ram was bad or something else was causing the issue. He put it in and it freaking fried it. Unknowingly of course so when I went to put it back in my system it wouldnt boot. Then it slowly came to the conclusion that obviously something else was wrong with his computer and it destroyed that stick of ram in the proccess ><

Hey guys( and gals)! I've had my main PC for a long time and slowly upgraded from a budget PC to a more expensive one I suppose. Anyways I keep having random crashes and I cannot figure out why. It seems to happen to me usually when I'm playing games or tab out for a few minutes. It happens when I'm playing a graphically demanding game or a game as simple as LoL or WoW. Sometimes the monitor will go all static-y like an old school TV without signal. Other times it will just flash random colors. Then sometimes it just goes black screen. The only way I can do anything is a hard reset which is bad i know ;-; About 5 months ago I upgraded to a Asus DCUII 770 from a EVGA 650ti and thought maybe that'd fix my problem ,but it didn't so I kind of have just been living with it until now... I'm just tired of it. A week or two ago I replaced my PSU hoping that would fix it but still a no go. I am lost as to what it could be. I put my previous GPU in a friends system and he says it has been working fine. No crashes. I don't know if this is an option but have you considered an All in One liquid cooler since your worried about clearance. Just a suggestion!

I tried both of these the Microsoft Studio wouldnt install. It stopped and said it couldnt be installed because A Fatal error during installation. Hey guys, I just got a GTX 770 , some new g skill ram, and 8.1 windows software. So I formatted my hard drive then booted everything up to install windows 8.1 on my ssd. That went good, well so i thought. After downloading software I needed such as ccleaner and other stuff. I started to transfer my games over. Then this is when i started to run into problems. I tried to download origin to start to transfer or download BF4. But it wouldn't let me and popped up this error. "MSVCP100.dll is missing". Upon doing some research I found out its a problem with windows but I couldn't find a solution. Its not just preventing me from downloading origin. (I'm assuming) Its causing some games not to launch at all and some games that do launch have like missing files or something its really weird. Anyways any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Alright for the most part it seems like most of you say I should go the 770 route which is what I thought the response would be lol. Thanks for the helpful comments peeps.

Hey guys so it's a crazy deal weekend, and I'm wondering whether I should get a 670, 680 , or a 770, I would prefer to get a 770 just to be on the bleeding edge and all. My friend has a Galaxy S4 and recently it stopped loading the Play Store. My friend told me that she would attempt to launch it only for it to act like it was about launch then just crash. She said she has tried to clear the app cache in the settings but it didn't help. I don't know what could be wrong with it other then maybe she downloaded a bad update. Anyways. She deleted the app and I was wondering if it is possible to re-download it in anyway. Idk why she deleted it but any help would be appreciative. Thanks as always!
