Yesterday i bought my new build rigs. Asus Z170A i5 6600k Corsair H100i V2 Asus Dual Series GTX 1070 8Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 266mhz Super Flower Leadex 750watt Gold NZXT H440 I build my first PC. I followed everything youtube says from Linus, JoanneTech, TechSource, Science Studio. Cable. Wired. As well as book instructions. All goes smoothly. Then i used Optical Drive for Temporary to install windows 7 HP 64bit SP1 from physical disc with License Key i had. I tried to plug my USB Flash drive into my system to install drivers. It didn't detect anything. Can't read my USB Flash Drive. I tried all ports. Front and Rear Pannel. USB 3.0 & USB 2.0. Tried all ports. USB ports working on my Razer Keyboard & Mice but not working for USB flash drive. I tried on my old PC system. Able to read and auto play. Open files but no on my New system build. I tried to install motherboard disc via Optical Drive but seems like the inatallation is stucked. Not working. So i can only use USB Flash drive to install drivers. Have anyone encounter this before? I searched many forums and asked people. Non have the answer. Tom's Hardware not so helpful.. Please help.

I living in South East Asia. From Singapore. My country has very good network due to small country. Having 1GB Speed Internet monthly. Here is my old PC specs. Its old and i don't think i can replace or use really any of these? Everyday once i end my work. I will be home using my pc for games for few hours only. On my off day. I checked gamedebate. Between haswell 4690 and skylake 6600. It seems like 4690 much slightly faster and better than 6600 by 3% in result. Also much cheaper. Would it be good i go for 4690 seems i don't overclock and can save some extra cash for other stuff?

AMD R390x 8GB GPU better or 980ti 6GB is better? I think if i go for AMD GPU might as well i go for AMD mobo with FX 8370? Seems cheaper. But alot says that AMD tend to heat up much fast and higher than Intel CPU.

I think i going get skylake version. My budget able to hit $600 USD. I5 6600 skylake with Either MSI H170 Gaming m3 or Pro DDR4 8GB enough for fallout 4? NZXT Red casing. But which PSU should i get since in future i wanna get 980ti 6GB.

Alright guys. But overclocking can be scary due to lifespan of the hardware and i not very good at overclocking stuff. Never overclock before. Would it be good if i get. i5 4690 wih MSI B85 G43 Gaming Mobo? If don't plan to overclock. Just wanna run games at 1080p with 60FPS. Ultra settings. GPU wise i can upgrade in future. I have a Samsung SSD 250GB. Always stay on single GPU. Peolle say single GPU is always better than SLI so in future i would get 980ti.

Alright thank you guys so much. To upgrade my CPU. I need to buy almost new set of PC. Need to change AMD mobo o Intel for i5 4690 will settle? And PSU for which brand is best? Should i go for 4690k o 4690?

Hi. I currently playing Fallout 4. Before i bought the game. I using game debate to chec for my system settings graphic. Is says low or medium settings. When i bought the game. The game detected my hardware and says i can play high settings. Well sometimes i play high settings i would get some frame drop to 30 to 40. I currently playing with. AMD A10 6800k with Cosair cooler Nvidia GTX 680 (2GB Vram) 12GB Ram. FSP 800Watt. If i upgrade my GPU to 980ti (6GB) Would my game set to ultra with 60FPS all the way without upgrading my CPU? Need help for this situation. Does anyone know? Thanks.

I test both speakers at stores in my country. My country sells higher price. Klipsch Promedia on Amazon at USD$150 but unable to ship to my country (Singapore) Due to restricted or something i don't know. In my local sell at SGD$350 which is about USD $245. Cost nearly $100 more. Logitech about SGD $260 to $280. That's the price of USD $180 to $190 cost more than Klipsch Promedia. I wonder which should i get? Its expensive so i need some advise please to know is it worth it. Speakers will be using for certain games like doesn't need to be serious and watching movies or video defintely will be using Speakers. I test the kilpsch promedia speaker at stores. The bass is so freaking good. The Z623 bass not that good as i can hear some crips sound compare to klipsch promedia. Can anyone tell me the pros and cons for both? I like quality sound and bass to enjoy good hearing. Are there any better speakers 2.1 compare to those two? My budget is about those 2 speaker price. Thank you. So much. Linus Tech Members.

So. The razer is not sound surrou d 5.1? Some says that. The razer soundbar music comes out from the speaker it will echo/bounce towars your room wall and make it sound like 5.1 surround. Sound coming from your back.

Do mobo soundcard good? Like Hero VIII latest skylake. Or i feally need a good soundcard to have best/good experience.

Hi. I currently playing without any speaker. I'm using Razer Megalodon Headphone for gaming. I've been thinking to get a speaker. That can change the mode to Music, Movie and gaming for the right tune speaker for the music. So far i seen razer has the option able to choose and also have a bluetooth. I bewn thinking is razer really worth the bucks for 5.1 Speaker or got any other better speakers for gaming, music ans movie. Any ideas or experience? Thank you. I like it small like soundbar to keep my room tidy up. My room doesn't have much space for 5speakers for 5.1.

So far Tera Online i currently playing i can see very low FPS. Unable to play Dying light in Ultra. Only able to play dying light in High with 30FPS or Medium with 50+ FPS. Dota 2 Has no problem with that.
