A few days ago I booted my PC as normal and it wouldn't load in it would just re direct me to edit she'll version 2.31 screen. I had access to the BIOS and everything seemed fine. I searched online and I found out It had something to do with my storage so I bought new sata cables and wired them in. Still it would show that screen. I changed the data ports but nothing changed. I did more research and everyone seems to agree that it's a power issue. So I bought a new psu and still no difference. I even removed some memory as a desperate attempt to solve this and no change either. I have no clue what I should do and I just bought a brand new psu as well. I even tried booting it up using a new ssd and a fresh install of windows but the screen just froze before giving me the chance to enter the bios. Specs : msi z97a gaming motherboard gtx 970 i7 4790k 16gb hyper x fury ram 750watt Asus strix psu 1tb wdb 2 tb wdg 256gb crucial mx ssd

I tried using a brand new ssd to boot up a new os with a USB key and my bios became static and frozen. Could this problem be possibly related to motherboard failure?

So I was doing some cable management and I somehow managed to rip off the pcie x slot while trying to uninstall my gpu. A few of the pins are bent and one even came off with the black slot. I tried switching on the PC but I heard a faint static noise coming from around that area on my motherboard. I can't really afford a new motherboard right now so do you think I should continue using my PC and ignore the noise or what?? For reference it's a Msi z97a gaming 7 motherboard Gigabyte Gtx 970 windforce Cx750 watt pay

A while back the plastic around the hinge of my Dell xps15 broke, I bought a replacement piece and installed it and everything seemed fine. But when I go to switch it on the power button only lights up when I hold it and the rest of the laptop doesn't switch on (I cant hear any fans working) I tried unplugging the battery and running git through just the charger but the same thing would happen. I left it to charge over night but nothing changed.
