I am going for my first build and im looking for a storage solution, im sure the samsung 850 evo is great or the best but what about the capcity 120 vs 250 gb ?? should i go for 120 and a 1tb hdd? or the 250 evo will be worthly and wait for adding a 1tb later??

I only want to play games hopefuly witcher 3, gta v nothing fancy like video editing but want to have enough memory for a couple of years, so can i get a 1x8gb now and then add another 1x8 for saving some $$ for the gpu or have to buy a kit of 2 necessarily.? I can go for 2x4gb but i will be limited to 16gb 4x4gb in the future What should i do?
