  1. Oke. Rather the 2TB hdd Would a WD 2tb work well?
  2. So which would you recommend? 2x1 or 1x2? (I'm also running 1 SSD) I've had this question for nearly a month now. I'm using this old PC while thinking of my hdd solution.
  3. How would it double the chances? And which would last more? 2 1Tb's or 1 2TB? Needs to last 2+ years (bulk storage is for videos)
  4. Hey there! (u say the title, u know wat to do) Okay, I need a hard drive for my bulk storage, and I need at least 2TB. So, which solution would be more useful? (I will be using the / these hard drive/s for 2 years +-) Should I get 1 2TB hard drive? (1x2) Or. Should I get 2 1TB Hard drives? (2x1)
  5. I'm upgrading from 1366x768, not sure if it's completely needed. How big is the difference? I've checked and, although there isn't a small difference, there isn't a massive difference between 720p and 1080p. I need another monitor for doing multiple tasks, such as livestreaming. I5's don't have hyperthreading. I would need to get water cooling to OC. I struggle with my current 8GB DDr3L because (here is a single scenario) for playing modded minecraft while running the server with minecraft running with my recording, I cheap out by dedicating less RAM to the server and the Minecraft window, which causes problems such as the server being slow and, in some cases, it crashing. The sound card is in the mobo. I'll take off the optical drive an check the new final price, thanks.
  6. Thee Background: What RAM would you recommend? TheSLSAMG: Thanks vSyNd1c4t3: Which parts would you change? RuLeZ: I multi task sometimes, so I needed an Intel CPU with Hyper threading, as my old choice was an i3-4160. Mainly for me, I'm on Minecraft (and looking at GTA V and Batman Arkham Night (however you spell it) soon). I know my GPU is only 128Bit, but I'm not gaming at or above 1080p (because of my budget). Virtual01: First, thanks. Second, LEL. (bad budget, can't go for 1080, but isn't it basically the same as 900p )
  7. Me personally, I stick to nVidia cards. I've never used AMD, but I know they make great cards with great performance, but in my books, they have high TDP from what I've seen, and sometimes, high temperatures. Those factors don't effect everyone (they effect me, that's why I stick to green team) but whenever I look around GPUBOSS, AMD vs AMD and Nvidia vs Nvidia are mostly fair, but when it gets to AMD vs nVidia... check this link to finish my sentence: I don't particularly like AMD, but WOW... http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-270X-vs-GeForce-210 Are there any cases where they are NOT biased? I only remember one case where AMD won by 0.1 score. Other times (like the above example) have no winners declared.
