  1. Okay, so a good powered hub should work then? Any tips on good ones and ones to avoid?
  2. Hello, I have an old ASUS Z370-E motherboard that I need more USB ports on. The reason for this is that I currently have a keyboard, mouse and headphone amp connected leaving only 2 USB-A and 1 USB-C port available. I’m planning a racing simulator build that I need 5 additional ports for, two of which needs to be USB 3. They are needed for the VR headset and the wheelbase. Then I also need ports for the pedals, shifter and handbrake but they don’t require USB 3. Ultimately I’d like a USB hub mounted on the rig with at least 5 ports so I only need one USB cable from the rig to the PC. Are there any good ones that work for this scenario or is there a big risk of me experiencing issues? What do you guys recommend in this situation? Thanks in advance!
  3. Ah, okay. Thanks for the quick reply!
  4. Hello, I have a GTX 1080Ti and 3 27 1440p 165Hz monitors. I also have a Valve Index VR headset. The GPU has 2 DP, 2 HDMI and a DVI which results in me having to run the main display and the VR using DP and the other monitors of HDMI. I want to play a few games using all 3 monitors and would like to run them all through DP to get the full 165Hz. Are there and DP hubs that give the same effect as daisy chaining I can use or would I have to upgrade my GPU to get more DP for that to work? I can just run at 144Hz so it’s not the end of the world but thought I’d check if possible at least. Thanks in advance!
  5. Hello, I'm moving soon and want to build a big desk for my new apartment but am unsure of the best course of action. I don't know the exact measurements yet as I don't have the keys and can't measure what fits but we're talking somewhere between 2500-3000x800-1000mm. I'd like to have some sort of drawer as legs and as few support legs as possible but I'm not able to mount it to the wall unfortunately. I was thinking something like two Ikea Alex drawers and a Ekbacken countertop but I know that won't be enough support. I'll have three 27" monitors mounted on a single triple monitor arm as well as the PC and peripherals including studio monitors on the desk. Should I still go the Ikea route but with one support leg behind each Alex drawer because of the depth as well as one or two legs in the center or are there any better solutions? I'd prefer a drawer that's the full depth of the desk in order for it to look better from the side and would prefer supporting the countertop using some other method in order to have as much leg space as possible but am unsure of what's required. I don't have any issues building something custom but am not very good at figuring out what's required for it to support the weight without issue and am therefore looking for help here Thanks in advance!
  6. Hello, I'm currently looking for a good 27" 1440p monitor that'll be used for a triple monitor setup. I'll use the monitors for work (web development) as well as watching a lot of videos and movies as well as some gaming. I feel like my main priority is great colors for movies etc but a faster panel for gaming would be a plus. I also think I'd prefer a flat panel as I'm unsure how well a curved one works for movies and work but any input is appreciated. So far I've looked at the MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD, LG 27GP850, Asus VG27AQ & Dell S2721GDFA. Which of these do you guys recommend? Or should I get something completely different? Thanks in advance!
  7. Thanks! I've now looked around a bit more and are thinking about the Audio-Technica ATH-M40x. If I get those I'll probably also get these: https://www.brainwavzaudio.com/collections/headphone-pads/products/headphone-pad-angled?variant=5990832133 Are those better than the G4me Zero if I don't care that much about a mic? Are there anything better at that price?
  8. Thanks guys! This week I'm able to get Sennheiser G4me Zero for the same price as the GSP 350, should I buy them? Are they better than the GSP 350? I'm not worried about the 7.1 surround that the GSP350 has but G4me Zeros doesn't since I never used it on my G430. Regarding the G4me Ones they unfortunately aren't an option since I need closed back headphones/headset.
  9. Hello! I've been using the Logitech G430 headset for a few years now but the plastic broke on them recently so I need to get something new. I've been looking at either getting a new G430 or upgrading to Sennheiser GSP 300/350. I'd like too keep the cost as low as possible because I'm planning a new PC build this summer. The GSP 350's are as high as my budget would allow. What should I do? Are the Sennheisers any good? Do you guys have any other recommendations that would be better with my budget? I'll be using them for FPS- and racing games, music (Hard rock and metal mostly) as well as to watch action movies. If there are a better setup using headphones and an external mic that would be interesting as well because I want as good sound quality and comfort as possible with my budget. I want them to be closed and over-ear but other than that I don't really have any requirements other than good quality Thanks in advance!
  10. Thanks for the help everyone! One last question. Is the EVGA Torq X10 any good? Also, how does it stack up against the previously mentioned mice? Thanks in advance!
  11. I've now found another interesting mouse. Is the EVGA Torq X10 good?
  12. Another question, how does the Razer Abyssus 2014 stack up against the previously mentioned mice? Also, if you have the time to help me but don't want to look through all those websites I'd prefer elgiganten, siba, mediamarkt, inet, komplett or netonnet.
  13. Okay, that's good to know. I can buy from the following websites: http://www.maxgaming.se/ https://www.ginza.se https://www.inet.se/ https://www.komplett.se/ http://cdon.se/ http://www.siba.se/ http://www.elgiganten.se/ http://www.mediamarkt.se/ https://www.netonnet.se/ http://www.clasohlson.com/ If you check these websites and see the swedish pricing my budget is 500 sek. Thanks in advance!
  14. Thanks! Do you know anything about gamdias mice? I can buy Hades and Erebos in my county which are ambidextrous. If one of those are good and the best of the mice mentioned in this thread, should I go with the optical or laser version?
  15. How is the Roccat Lua compared to the previously mentioned mice?
