My budget is 900$ , 800 € for new gaming pc. I wish play games at very high and resolution 1980x1020(FULL HD). In the future I plan to do OC,2-3 years do not want to have problems with it in games. What setup do you recommend me?

I don`t decide CPU for my new PC, what CPU is the best :i5 4690k or i5 4460??? (futureprof!!!!) I want my choise to be the best.....for futureprof, I change GPU 2 in 2 years, gtx960, gtx 970.... I don`t know many things whit OC, help me in the future for gaming? I do not change CPU 3-4-5 years. What mobo need for i5 4690k? I need help
