Well, to me, a build like this is a waste if air cooled. You're not going to get the potential you could out of it. There are non conductive coolants out there and even if you do spill, there is no power going power through the components so it's all good. But it's your call I guess.
May I ask what job gives you a couple grand to build a PC and where I can apply? Assuming they will hire a 15 year old.
I am trying to build a gaming pc. My budget is $1500 but this build is around $2100 so is there anywhere I can save money. Also I am probably going to overclock the Gpu.
