  3. my friend has a FX4100 cpu overclocked at 4.8 GHZ and he is aking are there any chances of getting bottelnecks if he uses an R9 280X please help me as i dont have an answer to this question he has a 14" monitor with resolution 1366X768 and 8GB RAM and 650Watt psu.

  12. i live in india and the electricity cost is too dam high nd if i upgrade my psu its not gona let me work for longer time
