Nothing will work? it keeps saying error with everything i do

It keeps giving me errors, it's saying the option is unknown and it's had given me error 87 and error 1639

I have Windows 10 and every time I boot up, I come to the desktop and have a error message which says c:Windows/system32/ncypt contains an error! I went to reset my pc and it won't let me because of a error and I have tried multiply of times now. I dived into it abit more and found that the dll. File that has an error is Windows.sercuity.credentials.ui.user.consentverfier. Anyone have any clue how to solve thus problem?

yeah i know what you mean like the route files and stuff!! Do you know anything about vst plugins? the main thing about them is the dll files and that they are in the right folder?? after installing them all you get is a folder with the dll file and a licence file!

vst plugins for music production software and same i have no idea i thoyght i could just connect them together via usb and just click and drag but not so easy

I cant find the actual installers will that be a problem? and i ment laptop! so can you just transfer the files over to my laptop and use them without installing them?

I currently bought a new laptop and need the programs off my old one onto my new one! i only need a couple don't want the whole lot! Also some of the programs are no longer available on the internet or discontinued so i need the ones off my old pc! Thanks for any help

Ableton is a music production software and i was wondering because i am getting a windows laptop will i still be able to open my project on an apple computer?? because my uni course only has apple computers

FOR MUSIC PRODUCTION! AS LONG AS THE CPU AND MEMORY IS GOOD, I COULDN'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THE GRAPHICS! A SSD SO I CAN PUT WINDOW AND THE AUDIO SOFTWARE ON WOULD BE ALSO GREAT!
