  1. I have HyperX 8gb ddr3 1600 CL9 240 RAM Will this definitely not work? also why would companies make ddr3 compatible boards for sky and kabylake if it is incompatable?
  2. So I currently have an AMD A10-7850k, which has served me well, but as Christmas is coming up soon I thought it would be time for an upgrade. The main problem I have with the A10 is its poor single core performance, especially in games such as HOI4, which I run at 20fps @ full speed. I am thinking of buying the pentium G4560, as it has very good bang for buck (considering it is £60) and money is a very limiting factor for me. I also think that i should get the Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H as it would allow me to use my ddr3 that I already have saving me £60. Questions I have: 1. does the G4560 give a good single core advantage over the A10? 2. Anyone know how it performs in HOI4? 3. is the mobo and ram a good idea? 4. In the PCPartpicker thing I made it says that the mobo might have bios problems and that it wont run kaby lake cpus, is this a problem? Thanks for any help.
  3. So I was doing my thing on my pc and it crashed because of a game I was trying to run. So I restart and my pc wont take any of the passwords I have ever used. I check a million times. So I went onto ny laptop and tried to login into outlook (i use my outlook account to sign into Windows) but it doesnt work. So i made a new password and it works with outlook now but still not my pc. I tried phoning microsoft but they weren't helpful so now I am here. Any ideas anyone?

  7. I'm pretty sure that all my parts work because it would boot every so often and the shut off after 5 mins ( probably due to heat)

  9. so about 6 weeks ago i got an h220-x. it took me about an hour to install and when i finally did it was very loud and hot. i managed to slow down the pump about a week ago and that quietened it down but the temps where still vey high ( 70-80C). today i restarted my pc and then it wouldn't boot (the debug code wouldn't even stay on) then it turned on soon to turn off again. it did this several times until i was fed up and opened it. i then ran the bios and the cpu was at 90C even though i was just watching youtube. i then realised that my pc was soaked and there was barely any water in my cooler. there was a big leak and everything directly underneath it was wet. i stopped my whole pc and plan to send back the cooler but the via power cable has green corrosion on it, which leads me to believe that this was the cause of the power outages or whatever. this brings me to my questions: 1) will i get a full refund for the cooler 2) will i get compensation due to damage of my cables. 3) is there any way i can clean all the water and gunk of my gpu ( such as isopropyl alcohol)
