The sound Codec you are required to download is the one that was recently implemented in CS:GO, and I thought it was nice to have on the teamspeak server as well. Invite your friends and let's build an awesome TS community! If you join soon, I could maaaaybe give you admin. If you ask nicely. He's using the recent CS:GO voice codec as advantage to hijack accounts here. I went on the TeamSpeak 3 and got this message: http://oi58.tinypic.com/315jtdc.jpg Then you get redirected to this link which INSTANTLY brings this .exe file with "the new CELT codec" that has been implemented in CS:GO to your PC. With launching this .exe there's no window opening but instead this virus is implementing a remote on your PC. Like this, he's able to control your PC. To fix, disconnect from internet and do a system recovery. Don't be stupid. If you are, you really don't deserve your skins. Please do not click any links!!

So I play on a craptop, these are my specs, I run MC at 30 FPS with optifine, and CS:GO at 11 FPS. Is this right? Specs: Processor: AMD A4- 1250 APU with Radeon HD Graphics. 1.00GHz RAM: 4GB System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor . My pc is a HP pavilion 11"

you can't really replace the gpu or CPU in a laptop so I'd need a desktop which I'm going to get but I need a build

my budget is £350 which is about ($500).
