Do you know a 27 inch monitor at 1440p on my budget?

So I would like to know if 24 or 27 inch is better for gaming, and maybe some ideas of gaming monitors.

I want to find a gaming monitor, but im not sure between 24 inch or 27 inch. My budget is 185 euros which is 204.06 dollar. I want to use it for console gaming and maybe later for pc gaming but for now its console. Im biulding a budget Gaming pc, but im not sure if ive got the right case for it, Im thinking about the Sharkoon VG4-W Rood Because it looks good it isnt very expensive and i think its big enough, Is this a bad choice and if so what other cases do you recommend - I would really like to have one with a window

I don´t know which motherboard to use for a budget gaming pc, I have these in mind: MSI B85-G41 PC Mate ASRock H87 Pro4 Asus B85M-G (C2) Or are there other better ones - i do want 4 slots

but the Intel Core i3-4150 Boxed just has a 1150 Socket? so is it ok or am I missing something?

Im gonna build a budget gaming pc, but im not sure which motherboard to use Ive got these in mind, MSI B85-G41 PC Mate ASRock H87 Pro4 Asus Z97-A or are there other one that are better? (remember its budget pc 700 dollars (650 euro))
