Won't formatting my hard drive erase all of its content? It still has all my main files and applications for storage on it.

I recently bought an SSD and added it to my build in junction with my Hard Drive. I installed windows on it and made it the boot priority. However, I would like to uninstall windows from my Hard Drive as I am only using it for storage now. How do I do this? Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for a new monitor, but I can't find the exact one I'm looking for. These are my perfect specs for a monitor: -27-inch -Great color reproduction -1-10ms response time -~10ms input lag -1440p -LED-Lit -Strobing backlight -~$500 I know this is probably unrealistic, but could someone help me find a monitor as close to these specifications as possible? Also, I'm unsure if I can trust the more obscure Korean companies that I've heard can be less reliable? Should I consider them? Sorry I'm pretty new and don't know much about this topic. Thanks for the help in advance.

I've just watched Choosing the Right Gaming LCD Monitor as Fast As Possible on Techquickie and I am confused with Linus mentioning "low persistence modes and backlight strobing" at the end of the video. What is this and what does it do in a monitor? Thanks
