    Speaker suggestion

I would like to stay under $400 Open to suggestions on 2.0-2.1-5.1-7.1 Not an audiophile by any means Simplicity and good sound is all I need. If keeping my Bose is a better option in good with that. Just lost of cables lol
  2. Hello community. Looking for suggestions on speakers Currently have the Bose companion 5 No issues at all. Besides having a minimal set up having cables around on a motorized desk I'm debating between the sound blaster katana x or the E25 HD Luna Eclipse I use my speakers for: PC gaming Music YouTube/Netflix Thanks for the suggestions.
  3. hello community. having an issue trying to see if you guys can help me out. not a huge issue just a pain in the butt. currently i h ave an m.2 960evo as my boot drive and i've notice recently its taking forever to boot up. this recently started. i had this issue before and after i did a format on my drive it was fine. however the problem came back after installing icue from corsair. the software was removed but still taking forever to restart. and i mean well over 2 minutes. i have amd 1700x and crosshair hero vi 32gb ram any suggestion would be amazing! thank you. ps if this is posted in the wrong forum i apologize

    Gsync

I'm thinking about buying a 240hz Alienware monitor. Is the gsync worth at that refresh rate? Is it worth it? The difference is about $150 between gsync and no gsync Its a 1080p monitor and I am running a 1080ti Thanks for the information!

  9. i have the asus crosshair vi hero. it has 3 pci slots. i am thinking of getting the meshify c. and id like to put the gpu on the bottom pci slot. i saw online that it has a PCIe 3.0 x16 (CPU): 2 (x16/x0, x8/x8) on the asus board. im not very familiar with that x16/x8 meaning. but im assuming its half of the performance. however for gaming would it be a huge difference in performance? or is there a way to disable the top lane to make the middle or bottom lane to run x16? thanks in advance
  10. prefer side by side but either way
  11. any suggestion on getting a vesa mount for a dual ultrawide 34" i could do two ergo arms. but seeing if theres any other options. thanks in advance
  12. a couple of reasons. 1800x compare to the 1700 was only about .2 ghz increase on my cpu. so going from 2666-3200 mhz 16-32 gb would be aesthetically pleasing and i wasnt sure if the increase in ram speed would outweigh the .2 ghz from 1800x
  13. my cpu was purchase as a gift from the girlfriend 1800x. 4 days ago. i personally dont see much of a difference between the 1700 and the 1800x (i had the 1700 and i gave it to my younger brother) so im thinking of exchange my 1800x for 1700 and getting another 2x8 ddr 4 trident z at 3200
