Best budget atx motherboard for a I5-4430. Will be using a GTX 960 for a gpu, (2x4gb) 1866 MHz ddr3 for ram. Having room to upgrade later would be nice but just a luxury.

I'm going to build a gaming pc to run games like Battlefield 4 and GTA 5 at 1080p at 60 fps with a GTX 960 for a gpu, I was wondering if it was worth it to get a I5 4430 over a I3 4160?
