  1. anyone know the release dates/pricing of any of the new cards? Specifically the g1 gaming 980ti from gigabyte?
  2. Any tips? I cant find any guides on how to take it apart, any tips?
  3. I recently bought the monitor in the title( link: http://www.asus.com/us/Monitors/ROG_SWIFT_PG278Q/ ) and was wondering if you guys had any ideas on how to get the red ring at the bottom to light upblue so that it would match the rest of my build, there is not any software for this, and I am decently certain that there are white LEDs with a red ring over them, since the red is visible with the monitor off. Also, putting some sort of blue shielding over the red would just make it purple lol. Thanks
  4. I posted about my motherboard before without the problem ever being resolved before the forum died. Here is what I have so far: I have recently purchases a z97 Guard-Pro from msi and wish to test it before I put it into the case(which has yet to arrive). I have consulted the manuel but cannot decipher how to short the board to get it to boot outside of the case. I have plugged in the power supply, attached all cables, done this all on an anti static mat, installed the video card, ram, etc; help pls my motherboard http://us.msi.com/product/mb/Z97_GUARDPRO.html#hero-overview pics of my book https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=eeaa0b7fdf&view=fimg&th=14d8cb55e9279eb7&attid=0.1&disp=inline&safe=1&attbid=ANGjdJ_IR_0TWGsRoREiAREadGaPSloYoS6Msct0cvbmHE7PwCIPt5LKMuFUNJb4umu38sq86V-DKhrZciYTmeVRL6Al-7VeAsrr-IlAA8oFe4XaBSkPG4idKCao5Dw&ats=1432584819868&rm=14d8cb55e9279eb7&zw&sz=w1890-h796 https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=eeaa0b7fdf&view=fimg&th=14d8cb55e9279eb7&attid=0.3&disp=inline&safe=1&attbid=ANGjdJ97Y62NaKemGae7VabH2lB4Qb4DWGayuFxxwNNOxJPqyJcoOjsh1gyOjA3yCLS7h4wr_x8luadx5YnMREcr-_NNxb8oIHWUSuuunjjM_jJaUpuxtAPygAr0zjQ&ats=1432584819868&rm=14d8cb55e9279eb7&zw&sz=w1890-h796
  5. http://us.msi.com/product/mb/Z97_GUARDPRO.html#hero-overview this is the motherboard I have just for further clarification Yes, I am aware that there are better mobos for the price, but the blue and black color scheme was more important to me, and the Asrock equivalent had bad reviews about reliability

  7. I have checked the manuel but all of the pins are labled obscure(or obscure to a novice builder such as myself) names such as "JFP1" or "JAUD1"
  8. None of these labels are present
