  1. I fixed it! I re-placed my PSU so the fan faced upwards. Must of been the temperature of the PSU. Thank you for all your help
  2. Maybe in the BIOS. I have the same CPU as you. Once mine reached 80 degrees and it was still running fine, lol. Thats before I had my hyper evo 212. I don't know why its throttling at 60. 60 degrees is the temperature that really the CPU should not go too much warmer then that. Try the BIOS. See if there is a setting to disable throttling. However, I would just get a new cooler. Hyper evo 212 I reccomend. I have the same CPU as you and it keeps it nice and cool. No problems with it
  3. *UPDATE* I opened up my case to re-insert my PSU upwards. Therefore the fan would face upwards. While I was doing that I unplugged the power cables. I noticed that my 24-pin was not secured in properly. When I tried to insert the 24-pin back in there was no click although I had power. Is there meant to be a click when you put the 24-pin connector into the motherboard? Maybe a un-secure connection might be causing the problem?
  4. Is there any way I can confirm that my PSU is the issue?
  5. I thought it was something to do with the PSU not supplying enough juice. So you recommend an Evga/Seasonic 600watt PSU?
  6. Thats what other people have been saying however, my temperatures all around are good and why would it suddenly happen yesterday? Why not a month ago? I know my motherboard is not the greatest for this CPU however its done the job until now....
  7. I was playing Microsoft Flight Simulator until suddenly my computer restarted. I thought to myself, just a small glitch or something. Now, every time I go onto ANY game, after a short while my computer just restarts. On the flight simulator it happens when weather is added to the sim. It just suddenly happened yesterday and now it does it all the time. It seems to happen when my computer is on load, when playing a game. When my PC restarts there is no stutter or freeze, the screen just goes black and restarts. I feel like reinstalling Windows might do something, not sure. The problem seems like hardware though nothing is wrong. Please could someone help? Why is my PC just randomly restarting while playing games? 8. Alright, thank you for your replies. I appreciate it.
  9. I've tried VSync on and off, still the same problem. I will be happy to pay for a MSI GTX 970 with a 600 watt corsair PSU. If I was to get a new GPU, I only need to make sure that I have a correct PSU and a PCI express in my Motherboard?
  10. I don't have a warranty anymore since I have had the PC over the due time. On CSGO the stutter happens when my FPS stays at 60. On CSGO, my fps never changes while in game, its always at 60. During that time, I get stutters. If this cannot be fixed, I may have to look into buying a new GPU.
  11. I copied it from another forum I posted If I upgrade to another GPU, I would go for the GTX 970 along with a 600 watt PSU. but do I need to? Can I fix the problem?
  12. Ive had this stuttering issue for a long time now. In every game (such as War Thunder, CSGO, GTA V...), when I move, I experience stutter. Its been annoying me and its making my gaming experience unplayable. I'm starting to think if I should just upgrade to a new GTX 970 along with a new PSU supply? I thought it was something to do with temperatures so I installed 2 new fans into my Vibox case. Lowers my tempatures alot, but does not stop the stuttering. I've tried changing voltages, power settings. I've tried overclocking which helps the stuttering but hardly any difference. I've looked at loads of fourms. I've tried unparking my CPU. I have spent at least 200000 hours trying to figure out this problem and it is doing my head in. I can't just afford to buy a new PC. On another fourm, there was something about my mouse drivers. Tried installing mouse drivers. I also have the latest AMD drivers. I've tried turbo core in AMD overdrive. The stuttering I think only happened 'suddenly'. In CSGO when I strafe sideways I get the stuttering and sometimes see black thin lines that look like artifacts. I even stutter when moving forward. This happens in all games especially when looking (strafing) sideways. Is my GPU dying? In the past I have put it under strain when it reached 100 degrees alot of the time due to bad cooling. What could this possibly be?
