I'm planing to build a new PC, but i just want some advice before buying my parts so
1. Budget & Location My budget is $1800 max, location is USA 2. Aim Some content creation as well as gaming and graphic design 3. Monitors
I would like a big monitor, 27" or more. If 27" the resolution should be 1440p, if more than 27", 4k.
IPS preferable
4. Peripherals No need to include, i already got that.
Also i want to make sure i ALREADY own some of this stuff, not need to be included in the partlist

Update: The case needs to be windowed, with tons of air flow, and have support for watercooling.
