Hello, I'm having troubles connecting my laptop to my school's guest internet. Every time I connect I know I am suppose to sign in, but it won't let me sign in until I download java, which I already downloaded java that's the frustrating part. The funny thing is that my phone and tablet connects to it with no problem. All of this is on Google Chrome, I did try FireFox and that still didn't work. For laughs I tried Internet Explorer, and it actually worked! So how can I get Google Chrome to work? I tried to see if there was an update but it says it is up to date. Would those graphic cards be good for future games at the same resolution and game settings? Or should I go with a R9 380 if I want to keep running my games at max settings

Hello, I'm building my first pc and I have every part chose but the graphics card, just because I have no clue which card can give me the settings I want. I have a 720p Vizio T.V. and I want ultra high settings at around 60 FPS. Sorry if I sound kind of demanding, I usually get 8-20 FPS for the games I play and I want to feel and see what 60 FPS looks at high settings.
