Your VBIOS needs to support UEFI in order for you to disable CSM.
It shows up as UEFI within GPU-z is there something that has to be flashed or enabled to properly support non CSM?

If i try to disable CSM or set it to auto on my ASUS A88XM-A it will not detect my GTX 1060 3gb graphics card. Additionally it will not display the bios or post screen following a restart or shut down and start again. The post screen only displays if the reset button is pressed while windows is displaying already.

Thanks for the info, I have just removed it's drive letter and will be leaving it as is. While it was showing in file explorer it showed up with just a 0kb text file "recovery.txt" there must be more inside it. Would there be any way of looking inside just to see what's in there?

Are there any reasons to enable powernow on an overclocked desktop cpu? I have a good cooler and power supply.

You have to find the game.exe and right click into properties and enable compatibility mode!
Compatibility mode for what OS?

Well have you tried running the game in compatibility mode? Or maybe even 32bit Windows?
There is no compatibility mode in those games. Never tried 32 bit windows.

I don't have an answer to that. Once I get my system back up and running again, I'll investigate that and I'll give you my findings them
Using logic here: Performance = more performance at the cost of higher power consumption. Balanced = Between performance and power saving (This is what I use all the time). And lastly, Power Saving = lower performance in exchange for lower power consumption.
These settings can also be found in the Power4G Power Plan (assuming you have it already)
So... you'll post them here? or pm me?

Do the windows power plans have any relationship with AMD powernow/intel speedstep?
if so does the balanced plan need powernow/speedstep?

What is the modpack
The modpack contains all the mods needed to play on the server
Just unzip it into your minecraft directory, the go to your launcher, edit profile and select the forge version from the dropdown: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B72EelYsI2KXcnZadmFBeUJsQTQ/view?usp=sharing

Nzxt HUE original doesn't keep colours

Whenever I put my PC to sleep or shut it down and start it again my nzxt hue og will reset to black and require pressing on the buttons several times and resetting the colours. Does anyone have any idea why that would happen or how to fix it?
