Hey everyone,
I'm getting ready to build a new PC, in this case, one capable of 4K gaming, and being able to upgrade for the future. I also plan to dabble in overclocking sometime down the line.
This is my first solo PC build, so I'm trying to get as much input as possible. My current rig was done with the help of a friend who is a computer engineer, but I sadly dont have contact with him anymore.
I mainly want to know if I'm making good choices for the things I want to do (mentioned above), and that all the parts will work optimally together. I'm not particualrly brand loyal, my choices are more based on what I have in my current system which has served me well for many years with little complications, if any at all. My concern is reliability. I want things to last.
Here are the items I have picked out so far, all selected from newegg for the sake of simplicity, but I'm willing to shop around to lower the cost.

Keep in mind, I have a intel SSD that I bought a while back that was intended for my current rig, but never got installed. It's a http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-internal-hard-drive-ssdsc2bw240a4k5
Let me know if there is any room for improvment or changes, I'd like to avoid going over $4000 if at all possible. astetics arent important to me, just quality and performance.
I greatly appreciate the help!
