Corsair Air 240 or corsair air 540 for atx

Built my pc 5-6 months ago. I have two corsair AF120 quiet edition LED fans for exhaust, on top of case. And SP120's on rad in pull config in the front. When i would power on my pc one of the AF fans' led's would flicker for a few seconds before staying on. This annoyed me but didnt think much of it, this fan quit working completely the other day so i went and bought a new AF120 fan to replace it. Hooked up the new fan and to my surprise it did the same light flicker as the old fan did, at initial startup. I switched fan header from cpu_opt to the regular cpu fan header, this time when i powered on there was no light flicker, but i quickly noticed the fan rpm was much higher than the other AF fan, AND the led's were noticeably brighter. Went into bios to see if i had fan settings messed up but they were all set to 'normal' speed, so i set both of the AF fans to 'silent' mode for the lowest speed setting. This did nothing as the one new fan was still moving much faster than the other, with brighter lights. Any suggestions to fix this? im afraid the new fan is going to crap out like the last one because its working so hard. Installed a new fan on my pc. When I powered on after the new fan install I noticed the fan LED's flickered before they stayed on, which was what the last one did before it stopped working (I just thought it was a defect with the particular fan.) BUT the new one did the exact same thing. So I powered down and plugged it into CPU fan from the CPU_Opt pin. This time when I powered on there was no light flicker, so that was good, but I noticed it appeared and sounded like it was running at a much higher rpm than the fan next to it, AND the LEDs are brighter than its other fan. So I went into my bios because I thought it might have been on high setting--it was not, it was on normal speed, so I changed both of my top fans to 'silent' to see what that would do. From the bios I reset and it seemed to do nothing. One fan is still moving faster than the other and the LED's are brighter, and is noticeably loud because its moving at over 1500 rpm. These are corsair AF 120's quiet addition. And i'll now add that I cant access my bios, I spam my DEL key but it just goes to windows screen now. Gigabyte motherboard. Hey fellas, just upgraded from win7 to win10 and its significantly slower than when i had windows 7. I'm sure there are lots of people dealing with this, i want to hear what people have done to help or fix it. From the time i hit my power button to my desktop loading is about 1 minute, before it was probably 15 seconds. Hey guys, I've got a really annoying brief blank pop up that comes up everytime i boot, after startup. It appears on screen after nod32 logo and sound blaster logo appear. Its blank white square that only appears for about half a second then goes away. I run regular scans with Malwarebytes and nod32. I cant find anything strange looking in task manager processes, though I'm pretty novice. I just upgraded to win10 from windows 7, though it was occurring before the upgrade. I did a clean install of windows 7 when i built my pc (about 3 months ago) and its occurred ever since i can remember. Anyways, it drives me nuts. Would love suggestions/advice. Hey guys, I wanted a little extra protection in addition to my Nod32 so i downloaded malwarebytes and SUPERantispyware but it messed with my computer severely. It pretty much made my browsers unusable, very slow and unresponsive. Couldn't use steam or itunes. I couldn't even download and install driver updates for my GPU. I uninstalled both programs and everything is back to normal. Anyone know anything about this? I would like to have those free programs because i hear that they are great and have been utilized for years. Help is much appreciated.

oops, yes i meant 50+ down and 5 up. ive got a wired connection from my router. i just uninstalled chrome and tried to bring it up again through explorer but page cannot be displayed

Hey guys, need some help My google chrome has recently started performing very strangely, theres a few things goijg on. First, half of the addresses i type in fail to even come up at all, just says webpage not available, for example this site fails to load. I google search something and it will bring up the results but when i choose a link and try to open it most the time fails to open. Keep in mind i have fast internet, my last speed test was 26ms, 52 up, 5.5 down. the few sites that i CAN open take an unreasonable amount of time to come up. Another thing that is strange is a couple sites that i can manage to load will will weird formatting problems. Like amazon and yahoo, the webpage format is all sorts of messed up and not normal, and pretty unresponsive. This is a new and sudden problem, the first thing that came to mind was some sort of malware messing up my browsers, (this occurs with chrome AND explorer). Ive ran scans with my Nod32, Malwarebytes, and Superantispyware and they come up with no threats. the only things that ive downloaded recently was the last two anti malware programs, thats it. I hardly even use my browser. My Steam is running super slow and only half if the shit on the page is loading, pictures in steam arent loading either, like in library and steam store. Ive really got no idea guys why this is happening, this is a bran new pc that i built and i treat it nicely. Basically all i do is play dota2 online and i can do so with NO lag or hiccups of any kind.
