dell is never the only option. What are you doing with your monitor? Do you want g-sync? Are you AMD or Nvidia?

I'm future proofing by going for an X99 build, I primarily game but I might be doing some minor photoshop work. Is the PSU selected of adequate W's? Anything that needs changing, like, omg that will burn down and die kinda thing? Do I need the cable extension kit? I'm willing to change things but the Tower itself is one thing that I can't. Egh, thanks in advance. Any more comments will be appreciated. ...Australia...

Acer XB270HU is this out yet? I can't find it on Newegg or PCCaseGear. I live in Australia though and we never get the new stuff. The Acer seems better for me seeming that I won't need 3D Support. But as I said, it is nowhere to be seen.

Why do you say this, I'm thinking of buying a swift with my coming build but I don't know about it not being IPS and that it has a black bar around the screen.. I'm just wondering if it's worth it. Sorry OP for asking in this feed.

Thankyou all, I guess I should decide now, I still edge to the X99 due to the logical fact that it will last further years than the Z97. I'm thinking I'll get the FTW EVGA GTX 980 and that swift monitor mentioned above. Anyway, if there are any more comments, I am open to further suggestions.
