I figured this out a month ago but forgot to say anything. I previously thought that my mobo was dying since it would get stuck in a failed POST reboot loop. Turns out the fluid for my loop had a bit too much viscosity causing the pump to draw more power than normal at start up, which was probably causing the voltage from the PSU to drop just enough to where it would fail to post. I haven't verified this but the only thing I did was add more water to the loop and I haven't had the issue since so that's the cause I deduced.
