hi i want to build a gaming pc that runs all the games on ultra 1440p 60fps or above budget=1800-2000$can aim=gaming monitor= 1440p keyboard and mouse matching the case i want to upgrade because i want the elitist gaming experience

is the titan x is overkill for 1080p gaming on ultra for the next 2-3 years??? thx!!
