  1. I'm gonna put the recovery usb in and see if windows can fix itself Hey, thanks for helping me again.
  2. Hi. So, I wanted to increase the power limit allowance for my R9 380. I followed http://www.overclock.net/t/1387430/amd-how-to-change-the-power-control-limit-from-20-to-50 this guide and it had to do with the registry. No big deal, I've done this before. I made a backup of the original btw. Fast forward, it was successful, was able to increase the power limit even further, everyone's happy. So my PC just got a Windows update(My pc is W10 btw). I believe it was 1607. After the update, I lost the increased power limit thing so I decided to do it again. Before that, though, I cleared some useless registry keys using CCleaner. Now, this time, I didn't go into the registry to allow for increased power limit. Instead, I just double clicked on the exported .reg file as shown in the guide. I believe that was what caused the bootloop, It's been doing this for about an hour now, black screen with the white dots circling. Hopefully you understand what I am saying and can help me Feel free to ask me any questions. Thanks.
  3. Heyyy! Thanks for the tip! So you usually leave the surround off? Edit: and one more question. Is there any way to turn off the live playback?
  4. I see your reasoning lol. Any other headsets you would recommend?
  5. I was wondering if the 7.1 surround sound features in the software of the 430 will still be available without using the included soundcard. My MSi mobo comes with a 7.1 surround sound built in sound card which is why I was wondering. So, does it? Thanks guys
  6. Because the motherboards are expensive. I meant money isn't an issue for the CPU.
  7. Lmao. He didn't want that. He asked me if that was the best CPU and I told him the 5960X was the best. He asked me how much, told him to check it out, he never looked at it again
  8. He just got a 330 euro donation so money aint a prob.
  9. we were debating on whether he should get the 5820k but I said just to get the 6700k. I posted here to make sure he knows that its fine.
  10. So my friend, wants to stream and play games and the same time with overlays, songrequest, special notifcations, all dat crap. I'm pretty sure the 6700K is enough for it. He'll be playing a lot of games like GTA. BTW, his PC will have a 390.
