So i am looking for a Capture Card but i dont really know which one to get so im looking for some recommendations on what to get. A few things i need it to do -I would like it to be external so i can use it with my laptop -i need it to stream not record i have a HD PVR for recording so minimal delay -preferably compatible with retro consoles if it needs an adapter that's fine i just want it to work -and preferably 60fps i don't know if this is to much to ask but im looking for some help. So I'm looking to get a new camera one that can do both video as well and great photos An HDMI is a must have to transfer video to an outside source live, Swap-able lens' would be great but not needed i have a max price of around $400-$450 Looking for some recommendations as my knowledge on cameras is limited. Everything is on just wont post and i didn't unplug anything from the time of when it booted outside of the case so that shouldn't be an issue

So i just built another PC out of some spare parts i was no longer using and I initially Built it outside the case to make sure every part was working and everything posted fine so then i put the computer inside the case and try'd booting and installing windows but it wont post so i was wondering what could be the issue im not quite sure (maybe the case isnt properly grounded) or something, just looking for some insight Thanks

Ah what the hell my first PC was actually originally my grandpas and it broke so he got a new one and asked if i wanted it so turns out the onboard memory was busted so i just threw a AMD HD6570 in it, its total specs... Yes he has downloaded the latest drivers that was my first thought when he said this, and its happening in games where loading should not be an issue like LoL

i have a friend who just got his new PC built but there seems to be an issue. He told me that every time he tries to play a game the FPS will randomly drops to 0 for a little then shoot back up and he says this happens every few minutes, he has been busy so i have not been able to see exactly what is happening so i don't know what the issue could be i have a few ideas but nothing for sure, I was just wondering if anyone else has either had this issue or might know what it is His build is, ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VII FORMULA Intel Z97 CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 32GB Intel Core i7-4790k EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Corsair RM850
