  1. Its probably the temp sensors on the motherboard and its id must be unknown to the software and shouldnt create any issues i would suggest actually monitoring that sensor as any data is good data when you have no idea whats wrong
  2. Well its definately software at this point, all you can do is wait for updates to roll out
  3. In the settings it has on API option under graphics or advanced graphics, the default option says OpenGL
  4. Your cpu is an 8700k the first number on these are the generation, these cpus are relatively new and incase youre unable to solve your issue it most certainly will be solved with future updates on gpu drivers and windows, if you have DOOM i suggest you try running it on the Vulkan api which is a lower level api than direct x and if it doesnt stutter it means that windows is yet to adapt to the new chipset.
  5. You should try to update the motherboard bios 8th gen seems to have issues solved by bios updates, also it most certainly isnt a gpu issue, most likely the cpu, you could also try to adjust voltage settings for the cpu but just a little more than what its already getting, proceed with caution cpu voltage can cause more issues if done improperly.
  6. Thanks for the help so quickly, maybe ill be fine after i get my hands on it.
  7. Hi, I have always been running an lga 775 platform, and am finally upgrading to skylake, But i couldn't find a proper in depth tutorial for UEFI, I'm a heavy overclocker and am comfortable with all the settings of the old BIOS but certain things like XMP and ram overclocking seem a lot more confusing on the new uefi and need help with getting my head around it. Thanks, Yashmit.
