    Thank you for all replies. 
    GTX 690 has 4gb ram but only able to use 2gb. Gtx 780 has 3gb ram with 384 bit memory could be useful for future games. 
    I decided to get GTX 780 even if it is slower.

    Though I would normally say go with the 690 all day long (as it's faster overall) I do have concerns about vram usage in next gen games.
     
    2gb (which is what you'll get) was mean of Nvidia at launch and it's looking even meaner now. 690 would be better for the "right now" but I would get a 780 for the future. In fact, I wouldn't get any Nvidia GPU for the future as Mantle could really leave it struggling.

    Get the 690
     
    Micro stuttering is basically nonexistent on nvidia GPUs/Drivers
