CloudFlare has launched a DNS service using the IP 1.1.1.1.

They say they don't log users, and the DNS supports both DNS over HTTPS (sending DNS queries in HTTPS packets) and encrypted DNS (I assume they mean DNSCrypt, but maybe it is DNSSEC?).

I just tested it and it is faster than Google's DNS in my test.
