  1. Yesterday night I performed the tests...and the problem was a pretty basic thing...loose cable. The ATX 12V was so hard to plug hahaha. Bad mistake and lots of preocupation with this! And the worst is that I unplugged and plugged that cable lots of time...apparently always wrong! Thanks for all the help,I'm sure I'm going to have a lot more tools to solve similar problems on the next time. I'm feeling like an idiot, but it was my first build hahaha. Thanks again!
  2. Hey guys, I never tried to clean the ram because it's all new..but I'm gonna try it. All the psu cables qre connected. It seems that it has power because the front panel led blinks. But then? Coud be a bad mobo? Thanks again!
  3. Thank you all! I checked all the conections, including the PSU conectors. I also changes a billion times de "front panel" conections and NOTHING! I mounted it by mysefl...all the precaution taken...
  4. I bought a new pc... Gigabyte b75m-d3h I5 3570 2x4gb vengeace OCZ Agility 120gb Hdd 2.5 300gb 7200rpm Radeon sapphire hd7950 dual x OC Corsair 600cx Thermaltake v4 black edition. So, I installed everything properly, with all the cautions needed...all the power cords correct... When a hit the power button, the surprise...NOTHING, NADA happens. The power led blinks once and thats all. What could it be????? HELP please! Thanks everyone!
  5. Hey guys, thank you all! This is being so helpful to me! So I decided to buy the TX3. I saw some reviews and I think that this cooler will cover my needs. (Small, quiet and it cools down the CPU better than the stock...anndddd the price is very atractive!) I'm gonna buy tomorrow, and if I don't find, I'm considering to buy the 101i. Well, thanks again!
  6. I did a quick search and found that the EVO 212 is 159mm in height, and the FAQ about V4 (thermaltake site), says that this case supports coolers until 160mm. 1mm left. Isn't it too tight? Thank you!
  7. I live in Brazil, hahaha. I've tried to find something about the noise level of the stock cooler and haven't found any. So,the temperature might not be the main issue, but the noise is. I'm trying to make my rig the quietest possible. I just have to know if there will be no problem to install a larger cooler. =/ Does anybody have a similiar Mobo with a similar "aftermarket" cooler? Thank you all.
  8. Thanks for all the help. About the RAM, I'm using 2x4gb Corsair Vengeance (the normal one, not the LP), and for the case ventilation, there will be 2x120mm Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition (1 on top to exaustion and 1 on the front for air intake) and one 120mm rear fan that comes with the case. The reduction in noise is worth the price? I didnt find the noise levels of the intel cooler box. Thanks again.
  9. It's my first gaming rig that I'm mounting. I'm using an i5 3570 and I dont pretend to do OC, but I want a system that will operate as quiet as possible. Is it worth to invest a money on an aftermarket cooler? I'm thinking about something simple like the Bufallo. Another question...does it fit on my Gigabyte b75m-d3h and thermaltake v4? Will it touch something? Thanks for the help!
