Is the cooler included with the processor?

Hey Im trying to build a budget pc for my brother, I would pick the parts myself but ever since I built my computer I lost touch with the pc world, I heard amd released new cpu's and gfx, also buying pre-built is not an option. It'll mainly be for 1080p gaming and games like fortnite, cs:go, rocket league, league of legends and such. He already has peripherials so no need to take into consideration the mouse, monitor etc. Also we have a spare 1tb hard drive. Im located in mexico but getting the parts is not a problem, im more concerned about the specs themselves xD. If you guys have any suggestions I would appreciate them.

Thats not what i wanted to do.

Sorry i forgot i made this xD... no, i mean the user does: "inserts value"+enter or click button (add), the app clears the previous text and asks again for the next value. the user specifies size in a previous activity with two edit text boxes one for rows and another one for columns and just clicks a button to create the matrix.
-
the user is supposed to set the size of the matrix but the thing is, i want to get all the input from one edit text box and no one in my team knows how to

I'm on 3rd semester at my university and up until now we were just programming on java using eclipse or netbeans, but now all of a sudden a teacher told us that if we want a 100% on her class we have to make an app for android about her class, the thing is, while learning how to use android studio I wanted to try to add values to a matrix (an array of 2 dimensions, idk how you guys call them in your countries, that's why I clarified), normally this is very simple but I don't know how to make an edit text box add or ask for another value until the matrix is full. the most I have gotten to work is a simple addition and subtraction using edit text boxes i would really appreciate some help.

it says it passed, but there are a lot of things in the test results file D: hmm, i tried it and it worked, but i dont know why

its as the tittle says, I wanted to learn how to use android studio and i started messing around with it, i got to a point were i needed to download an emulator to run the program (or something like that, still learning), so i did it and when i tried to run the app, it shows me this message saying that i need to enable vt-x on the motherboard bios... i go to the bios and i find an option that says "intel virtualization technology" but its already enabled, so i try to search for another one but i only found vt-d which is also enabled. at this point i dont know what to do, i searched online and found other people with the same problem as me, but no concrete answer. my motherboard is a: Z97X-UD3H-BK from gigabyte procesor is an intel core i5 4690k
