1. I have good psu - SeaSonic G Series 650 . The only reason i was considering strix is the speed, its slightly faster and in benchmarks too with price being really similar for both. So most likely evga it will be, never tried anything from them. Thx for the feedback.
2. I know its old topic but really didnt want to make one: right now i am in market for new GPU to upgrade from mu old msi gtx660 and i was actually looking in between these two. I would go for strix but from what i have found out is that strix is pretty big and it has sagging issue for many people. No one here has that problem? I have fractal design r5 and asus pro gamer z97 motherrboard if thats any help to answer. Evga is good too, i would have no problem going with either of them. Also does strix really recommends atleast 700w, in one review i found that out.
3. Are they good for gaming? i game a lot. especially fps like bf4
4. I am searching for cheap but good and trusted HDMI cable. Can anyone suggest one? I want to connect my PS3 and later PS4 to my monitor. :) P.S. Sorry if i posted in wrong forum section.

Is GTX 660 good for 2560x1440 gaming? I play BF3 and other FPS a lot but i am no hardcore player so i can live without he fastest response times. My pc is shit (cpu Q9300, and 4gb ddr2 ram) but i watch movies/browsing a lot too. I plan to buy a console too (this and next gen too) but even next gen consoles will use only 1080p i think. My choices are Viewsonic VP2770 and Eizo Forris bk-2333 but iam not sure about flicker on eizo :/ .
7. Happy with it, in Latvia we have very high internet speeds.
8. alright i will do that, so far the only video review i could find is in this page, the author said he will do side by side comparison and full review later. check it: http://forum.techinferno.com/displays/3189-lg-27ea83-d-27-2560x1440-wide-gamut-ips.html If i buy i will buy it in early june.
9. Hello. Right now i am looking for a huge monitor upgrade. Recently i discovered Viewsonic VP 2770 and then LG 27EA83 which came out like month ago or so. I am wondering if anyone own one of these and what are you thoughts on them. They are both pretty expensive but i dont mind to invest a little bit more money so i could live with it for few years. For now i am more convinced to get LG because it has beter colors (not true 10 bit but 8bit+frc with wide gamut), but it looks like it has PMW flicker and for some it has too oversaturated colors, Viewsonic VP 2770 doesnt have any of that. Both have pretty high input lag but i dont mind it. LG has better stand in my opinion, those who owns both them say that they are both pretty similar, viewsonic has a little more ghosting n stuff. What are your thoughts, any of these worth the money, if so then which one and why. Thank you. P.S.I plan to use it for everything - gaming, editing, browsing, movies etc... And yes i want 2560x1440 IPS
10. Offcourse, but its ahrd to say how much since not much is known. You can google roadmaps for Nvidia, like this one http://www.hardcore-games.tk/wp/nvidia-speculation.php

12. My first experience was very good. Typing is much better on this keyboard then on my old rubber dome. very responive and built quality feels nice. I wont go back to rubberdome keyboards ever again. Actually very guiet, just a little bit lauder then my rubber dome logitech keyboard but its normal. I cant compare to any other mechancial keyboard since this is my first one. Felt a bit heavy but its very sturdy which is good. Wire is very thick and made from rubber. Braided are better for me but not an issue. Just as i expected, nice for typping and for gaming. Actualy i felt better in games with this keyboard, like if suddenly got an small edge. Nothing much to say about backlighning, white feels nice and you can control brightness levels or turn them off, very usefull at nights buti cant watch on them for long. Media keys are usefull touch, i muted my music and changed volume. PS. Sorry about double post.
